While we are unable to edit orders once they are placed, we can indeed cancel/refund an order if you would like.
Please contact customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible with any order change requests and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Our order confirmation emails have a helpful button that you can use to alert us, and which will flag your request as urgent.
All orders are submitted to our shipping department every morning at 5 a.m. EST, but our customer service team is not staffed round-the-clock. It's best to notify us as quickly as possible after your order to ensure the best chance of making your modification before the order ships.
