Not getting a perfect fit? Not psyched about the color? Wanting to make a return? Our Return process is designed to provide an exchange or refund of the purchase price of your item within 30-days of receipt. Please note:
- Items must be returned clean. Any items received that are not clean will not be processed, and will be sent back to the customer.
- While our Signature Guarantee allows you to try your items for 30 days, we'd greatly appreciate you return your items in new condition, with tags and packaging whenever possible so that they can be restocked.
US Customers
You can initiate a return/exchange via our Returns Center using the email provided at checkout. You will be prompted through the process step by step and will be issued a return label for your items. If you have any trouble with this process, please don’t hesitate to open a ticket.
EU Customers, International and Australian Customers
Our intention is to activate a self-service return portal for your regions in early 2021. Until that is active, please open a ticket with our customer service team and ship the item directly to our fulfillment center address below. Our customer service team will process your return or exchange directly.
