Not getting a perfect fit? Not psyched about the color? Wanting to make a return? Our Return process is designed to provide a refund of the purchase price of your item within 30-days of receipt. Please note:
- Items must be returned clean. Any items received that are not clean will not be processed, and will be sent back to the customer.
- While our Signature Guarantee allows you to try your items for 30 days, we'd greatly appreciate that you return your items in new condition, with tags and packaging whenever possible so that they can be restocked.
Velocio does not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for store credit or original payment refund and place a new order. For credit returns, credit will be provided immediately to facilitate faster re-orders. Velocio retains the right to pursue payment for items not returned within 28 days of credit being provided.
US Customers
Orders placed on or before March 25, 2021:

Until that is active, please open a ticket with our customer service team and ship the item directly to our fulfillment center address below. Our customer service team will process your return or exchange directly.
