Velocio Warranty Policy

We’re proud to offer beautiful, well-designed, and well-made clothing. In the unlikely event that you receive a Velocio product that bears a manufacturing or production defect, we will cover it for one (1) year.

This guarantee is not intended to cover crashes, accidental damage, or extreme wear. We offer this guarantee because we know that you have high expectations for our clothing and it's our aim to deliver a well-made product representing quality and experience for better cycling.

Please open a ticket with our customer service team if you have questions about a product relating to our warranty. Proof of purchase through a Velocio account or reseller receipt is required to process warranty items.

Bivo One Warranty Policy

Bivo offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects on their products purchased via our website. Non-manufacturer defects, including scratches, dents, stains, and other normal wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. Please contact Bivo with any warranty claims at thirsty@drinkbivo.com
