The Velocio Signature Guarantee underscores our mission to create a better cycling experience. We believe that riding in our gear is the best proof of our commitment to quality and performance. Therefore, we stand behind everything we make. Try any of our products for 30 days to ensure it meets your needs. Wear it. Ride in it. Wash it. We believe it will provide a better riding experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Velocio product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. The Velocio Signature Guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Proof of purchase required.

- Items must be returned clean. If you have tried on, worn, or ridden in the products, they must be washed and cleaned. Any items received that are not clean will not be processed, and will be sent back to the customer.
- Whenever possible, please include all original packaging when making a return, including hangtags and garment bio bags.
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage or staining) are not covered.
- The Signature Guarantee is not intended to cover accidental or crash damage. This is covered by our repairs service. Please see our Repair Service page HERE.
- Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear are considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use or just looks heavily worn.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for refunds, however, we will accept returned FINAL SALE items for store credit.
- Face masks and Bivo Bottles are not returnable.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners) must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies.
- Velocio reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time.
Non-US Returns:
- Eligible orders can be reimbursed for return shipping service. Customers are responsible for initially paying for the postage. Upon completion of the return, customers should contact service@velocio.cc and will be supplied with a Gift Card equivalent to the value of the fees incurred from the return shipment. A receipt from the return shipment will be required
- Returned products are shipped to a different location based on country:
- Canada: Returned to US
- United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: Returned to US
- European Union: Returned to Italy
- Australia: Returned to US
- Rest of World: Returned to US
Exchanges
Velocio offers direct exchanges via the online return platform. You will be walked through the necessary steps to choose a different color or size of the same item. For any other exchange types we do offer instant credits to facilitate immediate re-orders. When submitting your return, choose the store credit option and place a new order for the item you’d like instead. Velocio retains the right to pursue payment for items not returned within 28 days of credit being provided.
Gift Returns
Not your color or received the wrong size? Not to worry. Gifts purchased from velocio.cc are eligible to be returned within 30 days and can be returned by Clicking Here. If you don’t have your order number, please reach out to support@velocio.cc as they can help look this up within our system.
Refunds
Returned items are inspected upon receipt to our distribution center. If you've chosen an original payment refund, we'll refund you after receiving and inspecting. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Please allow for a little extra processing time around US Holidays.
Bank processing may take several business days; please check your statement to confirm the credit.

Purchases made from velocio.cc after November 1, 2021 can be returned until Jan 14, 2022.
