Velocio has a significant business presence in all 50 states and is therefore required to collect sales tax on all applicable purchases. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and will not be charged for orders shipping to states in which no sales tax is due.

Please note: Many states classify Athletic or Sports apparel as "taxable" items and we are required to collect and remit tax within those states. Please consult your own state's Department of Revenue or Department of Taxation for additional details regarding individual state laws.
