Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, and our system operates on Eastern Time.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, severe weather, or other operational disruptions.
Once an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit schedules. While we work closely with our shipping partners, Velocio does not control carrier transit times after an order leaves our warehouse.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
